KAA has an exciting opportunity for an inspirational Senco to help lead and develop our well‑resourced and highly talented Learning Support team, and co‑ordinate support for our students with SEND. The successful candidate will be expected to lead and develop on our inclusive, student‑centred ethos to ensure the progress of every child.
You will be an outstanding practitioner with a consistent track record of planning, delivering and assessing specialist SEN provision and have experience of taking on additional responsibility within a Special Education department. You will show resilience and motivation to lead the academy through day‑to‑day challenges whilst maintaining a clear strategic vision, staying positive, and focusing on key priorities. You will also have the ability to lead, coach and motivate staff within a performance management framework.
