As we approach our 20th anniversary, we’re gearing up for an exciting period of growth, and we’d love you to be part of it.
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a fixed-term role with the potential to become permanent based on performance and mutual fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development of the 2026 marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support entry into new regions
- Creating and managing targeted email campaigns to generate leads for the sales team
- Designing and scheduling engaging social media content, particularly for LinkedIn
- Writing compelling job advertisements and managing the jobs board across platforms
- Coordinating feedback calls with candidates and clients to gather testimonials and case studies
- Staying up to date with 3D printing industry news and sharing insights across our channels
- Updating and maintaining key marketing materials, including brochures and testimonial packs
- Supporting the preparation of bespoke proposal documents for client acquisition
- Compiling our annual Salary Report, showcasing industry trends, insights, and expert commentary
- Collaborating with external suppliers on SEO, blog content, and campaign ideas
- Supporting trade show events with effective campaigns to generate leads and meetings
- Promoting key features of our service in creative ways across different channels
- Reporting marketing successes and challenges in line with key metrics back to management, to effectively refine strategies
- Using marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Force24, Vincere, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office
What You'll Need
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a marketing role
- A portfolio demonstrating your previous marketing work and creative approach
