About the Role
Our Supply Chain (Manufacturing) team is entering an exciting phase as we refresh key processes and introduce improved data‑driven metrics to strengthen supplier quality and performance. As a Supply Chain Administrator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate and reliable supplier, pricing, and product data, supporting supplier relationships, and enabling smooth purchasing operations. You don’t need previous supply chain experience - just strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Your contribution will directly support Kensa’s continued growth and innovation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the Supply Chain shared inbox and support day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date product, pricing, and supplier data across systems.
- Monitor overdue and outstanding purchase orders and follow up where required.
- Help maintain clear and well‑organised digital records to support smooth workflow across the team.
- Support supplier onboarding and coordinate with active suppliers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with supplier communication to help resolve simple queries promptly.
- Resolve invoice queries in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Support continuous improvement projects and the standardisation of supply chain processes.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the wider team while upholding confidentiality and health & safety standards.
