  • Support supplier onboarding and coordinate with active suppliers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist with supplier communication to help resolve simple queries promptly.
  • Resolve invoice queries in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Support continuous improvement projects and the standardisation of supply chain processes.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the wider team while upholding confidentiality and health & safety standards.

You’ll be part of a busy but supportive team environment, where communication and collaboration are key.

What you’ll bring:

  • Good attention to detail and the ability to work with data confidently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively toward weekly and monthly targets.
  • A collaborative approach and openness to feedback and learning.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks in a calm and effective way.

Full training will be provided, and you’ll be supported by experienced team members as you grow into the role.
