About The Role

Our Supply Chain (Manufacturing) team is entering an exciting phase as we refresh key processes and introduce improved data‑driven metrics to strengthen supplier quality and performance. As a Supply Chain Administrator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate and reliable supplier, pricing, and product data, supporting supplier relationships, and enabling smooth purchasing operations. You don’t need previous supply chain experience – just strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the Supply Chain shared inbox and support day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date product, pricing, and supplier data across systems.
  • Monitor overdue and outstanding purchase orders and follow up where required.
  • Help maintain clear and well‑organised digital records to support smooth workflow across the team.
  • Support supplier onboarding and coordinate with active suppliers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist with supplier communication to help resolve simple queries promptly.
  • Resolve invoice queries in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Support continuous improvement projects and the standardisation of supply chain processes.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the wider team while upholding confidentiality and health & safety standards.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively toward weekly and monthly targets.
  • A collaborative approach and openness to feedback and learning.

Full training will be provided, and you’ll be supported by experienced team members as you grow into the role.
