What You'll Do
- Managing cost planning, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple projects.
- Preparing and analysing tenders, bills of quantities, and scopes of work.
- Leading commercial administration of NEC, JCT, and bespoke contract forms.
- Supporting procurement activities and building strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Working closely with project managers to track progress and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- Negotiating variations, managing risk, and agreeing final accounts.
- Providing clear commercial insight to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and supporting the growth of our renewable energy projects.
