What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, clients, architects, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and qualify GSHP opportunities, presenting Kensa’s technical and commercial advantages confidently.
  • Prepare accurate proposals and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
  • Ensure smooth project handovers to technical and manufacturing teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline effectively.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to support installer onboarding and customer success.
  • Represent Kensa at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events across the UK when required.
  • Continuously develop your technical knowledge of GSHP systems and funding routes.

  • Proven experience in sales or account management within a technical environment or a strong background in the heating, plumbing, or renewable energy sector with transferable skills and a desire to develop commercially.
