About the Role

We are looking to recruit a qualified MOT Tester / Service & Maintenance Technician to join our growing Aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of our technical department, working with modern vehicle technologies including Hybrid and BEV models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs
  • Conduct MOT testing to the highest standards
  • Ensure quality repairs and first-time fixes for customers
  • Provide feedback and resolutions via manufacturer technical platforms
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge, including EV and Hybrid technologies
  • Lead by example, demonstrating best practice to colleagues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

What We're Looking For

  • NVQ Level qualification in Motor Vehicle Technology (IMI or City & Guilds)
  • MOT Tester qualification (essential)
  • A/C qualification (preferred)
  • Franchise experience desirable but not essential
  • EV/Hybrid training advantageous (full training can be provided)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for learning and sharing knowledge within the team
