The successful Finance Assistant / Bookkeeper will play a pivotal role in the day to day operation of our busy accounts office which manages the accounts for our 6 Kennys Foodfare Convenience stores, online wine store and Greens Foodfare in Lisburn.
Hours: 3 to 5 days per week (9am to 5pm)
Responsibilities:
- Managing Accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Supporting with bank reconciliations and data entry
- Handling queries from suppliers and customers
- Working with the Company Accountant in the preparation of information for management accounts and reports
- Supporting the accounts team in all aspects of the accounts function
- General finance administration and ad hoc projects
Qualifications / Skills:
- Proficiency in use of SAGE and Excel
- Proven experience in accounting tasks in a commercial role
