Kenny Recruit are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join the UK team of a growing FMCG company. Our client produces and sells its own drinks into hospitality and retail, with a focus on creating products that not only taste and look great but are also better for the planet and the people who grow the ingredients. With ethics at the heart of the brand, their premium, organic drinks have won multiple awards. This is an exciting time to join the business as it continues to grow and expand into an increasing number of retailers, offering excellent exposure across multiple departments.

As a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator, you will be a vital part of the team. This is a dynamic role where you will be encouraged to learn and take on new responsibilities. You will support the UK Operations Manager in ensuring the efficient running of the supply chain. The role is responsible for smooth day-to-day operations across logistics, stock management, data systems, customer service, and order fulfilment. Working closely with logistics partners, production sites, and internal sales and marketing teams, you will help ensure products move efficiently through the supply chain while supporting the UK sales and marketing teams in driving growth.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) + benefits

Location: Central London, 3 days a week in the office

Working Hours: 9am – 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management & Product Distribution
    • Monitor stock levels across all warehouses
    • Track stock on hand and complete monthly reconciliations with logistics partners
    • Manage distribution of sample and POS stock from the sample warehouse
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support events, promotions, and sampling
  • Data & Systems Management
    • Maintain accurate operational and product data across internal and external systems
    • Update ERP platforms and supplier data portals
    • Ensure accuracy of customer details, pricing, product specifications, and supply chain data
    • Support internal reporting and customer requirements with up-to-date data
  • Customer, E-commerce & Partner Support
    • Act as main operational contact for our customer service team (WFL)
    • Oversee customer service and issue resolution for direct-to-consumer platform
    • Support smooth operation of e-commerce activities
    • Coordinate closely with Sales and Amazon partners
    • Ensure timely communication and responses to partners
  • Operational Projects & International Logistics
    • Manage Bag-in-Box production planning and supplier coordination
    • Schedule freight and support product development processes
    • Handle EU order requirements, including COIs and documentation
    • Ensure logistics processes and approvals are completed accurately and on time
  • Compliance, Finance & Reporting
    • Review and approve logistics, warehousing, and e-commerce invoices
    • Maintain accurate pricing data and communicate updates to partners
    • Manage packaging compliance processes (EPR submissions, PRN purchasing)
    • Monitor regulatory updates and support audit preparation
  • Quality Assurance & Taste Benchmarking
    • Ensure consistent product quality and flavour profiles

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
  • Experience working with Excel, ERP systems, logistics providers or 3PL warehouses
  • Demonstrates a proactive and keen approach to learning and continuous development
  • Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and accuracy with data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Shows initiative and a readiness to step into new challenges
