Kenny Recruit are looking for a Sales Manager to join a growing and energetic marketing business. The opportunity here is fantastic, they’re currently going through a phase of growth, with this role being one that is going to drive further business growth and oversee a great team, whilst reporting into the Sales Director. This opportunity gives the right person the chance to shake things up; we are looking for someone who will take on the role and make it their own.
The Sales Director is looking for someone who loves upselling and embracing automation to assist them, someone who is constantly thinking "how do I save TIME but make more MONEY". Someone with a strong management background and who possesses highly capable sales acumen is exactly who we’re looking for.
Pay: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum dependent on experience + a healthy bonus
Location: Wimbledon (3 days in the office)
Working hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Key Purpose:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Key Account Managers and Business Development Manager to drive business growth and personal development.
- Personally drive incremental business from new and existing clients in line with the department sales strategy.
- Act as the escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of constant improvement, innovation and excellence within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive incremental business from both new and existing clients, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy set by the Sales Director.
- Lead, develop and inspire the Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers to ensure consistently high levels of output (quality and quantity).
- Drive seamless client management and business growth.
- Play a pivotal role in tenders, both uncovering opportunities and delivering winning responses.
- Constantly seek, evaluate and explore product innovation from clients, working collaboratively with Product Development, Marketing and Sales Director to bring new features and products to market.
