About Kenny Recruit: Kenny Recruit is a privately run, relationship-driven recruitment consultancy specialising in finance, accountancy and sales recruitment. We’re a close-knit team and we’ve built the business around something we believe recruitment should always be about — great relationships, honest advice, a shed load of repeat business, and most importantly, offering great candidates to our clients. We’re now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us and become a key part of the next stage of our growth.
The Role: This is a true 360 recruitment role and we're looking for someone who is comfortable being an all-rounder, you will have true ownership of your clients and processes. You’ll be responsible for developing new business, managing existing client relationships and sourcing your own candidates (with the assistance of two resourcers). Most importantly though, you’ll need to be someone who enjoys winning business and knows how to build long-term client relationships. If you’re not that person, unfortunately this role isn’t for you. You’ll work closely with the Founder and will become a key part of the leadership of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business and winning recruitment opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Account managing existing clients and identifying opportunities to grow those relationships
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process from initial client contact through to placement
- Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying your own candidates (with assistance)
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate network
- Taking ownership of your own desk, clients and revenue
- Working closely with the Founder and wider team on business growth
- Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team
- Contributing ideas and helping shape how we develop the business
The Important Bit: You must come from a recruitment background. We're not looking for someone who simply wants another recruitment job or this will be their first venture into the industry. We want someone who is hungry to win, commercially driven, relationship-focused and excited by the opportunity to join a small business where they can have a real impact.
Next Steps: Shortlisted candidates will obviously be contacted for this specific role and if you haven’t heard from us within a week, please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion. We'd love to give feedback to every applicant but due to the sheer volume of applications we receive, unfortunately this just isn't possible. We will keep your CV on file to contact you with regards to future roles and any other advice to help you. Alternatively, feel free to contact us for a chat.
