Kenny Recruit is helping an established manufacturing business in Caerphilly recruit a Finance Director on a fixed-term basis with a view to permanence. You will lead UK finance, drive strategy, governance and cash management, working closely with senior leaders to improve profitability.
The role offers £80,000–£90,000 per annum plus a discretionary bonus, with a 6-month FTC and 3 days in the office each week. Hybrid working and strategic leadership are key facets of this position.
