Kenny Recruit are working with a student accommodation provider to find an Accounts Payable Clerk on a temporary basis. We need someone who is happy working in AP, someone who has experience of working within AP and if you have used NetSuite or if you have multi site experience, then this is a bonus. We are moving quickly with this role so you will need to be immediately available or finishing up a contract.
Pay: £15.00 - £20.00 per hour (dependant on experience)
Location: London (4 days in the office)
- Monitoring AP inbox.
- Billing purchase orders for expenses related to operating properties and properties under development.
- Confirm supplier invoices have been authorised in accordance with the company policy.
- Preparing development (Battersea and Canary Wharf from 2024) payment runs and uploading payments to banking system.
- Set up new supplier accounts on the accounting software, performing the new supplier checks outlined in the companies process documentation.
- Review and posting of staff expense claim forms.
- Prepare supplier statement reconciliations.
- Review and tidy the purchase ledger ensuring all invoices are matched to payments and invoices are recorded for all direct debit payments.
- Manage corporate Amazon account ensuring invoices are submitted to Netsuite and paid on time.
- Providing ad hoc support to team members.
- Planning, organising and managing own workload to ensure your contribution to the company's reporting deadlines are achieved in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assisting the finance team in responding to audit queries.
