Kenny Recruit are working with an established and growing tax firm who are looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking HR Manager to join the team. This is a standalone HR Manager role, owning the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and retention. The ideal person will be a natural people person who enjoys building strong relationships, partnering with senior leadership and helping shape a positive, high-performing culture. You’ll also be someone who embraces technology and AI, with a genuine interest in using new tools and smarter processes to make HR systems as efficient and effective as possible. You will report into a brilliant COO, who is looking for a real business partner to help him direct the HR strategy of the business.
