This is an outstanding opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Environmental Services company who have grown year on year and are looking to exceed this year's targets. You will be responsible for developing and growing a team of Legionella professionals. We seek a dynamic forward-thinking modern Legionella Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a team of Legionella professionals.
- Develop and implement strategies for Legionella compliance across your region.
- Provide guidance and support ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the execution of Legionella Compliance PPMs, water testing, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate training programs for your team of 15+ and manage a portfolio in excess of £2M.
Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of Legionella regulations, water hygiene practices, and health and safety standards.
- Relevant qualifications in water hygiene, health and safety, or compliance management.
- NEBOSH and/or City & Guilds Legionella Control.
