About the Role:
We're looking for a commercially sharp, creatively driven Brand Manager to join our Marketing team at KGA, taking ownership of a portfolio of globally recognised brands including Jimmy Choo – an important pillar within the UK market. As Brand Manager, you'll be the guardian and ambassador of your portfolio. You'll own your brands end-to-end - from building brand strategy and executing new launches, to analysing performance and managing forecasts and budgets. This is a hands-on, fast-paced and entrepreneurial role. What You’ll Be Doing
- Brand Strategy & Activation
- Build and execute brand strategy & activation plans aligned with global vision
- Develop and lead 360 activations plans across all levers for new launches and KCP’s
- Collaborate with National Accounts to deliver impactful trade marketing plans
- Build robust sampling & gift with purchase campaigns to support customer conversion
- Work with the Visual Merchandising team to implement best in class animations for both permanent and temporary installations
- Build a digital strategy & support plan, working in collaboration with the digital team
- Manage the annual media budget in collaboration with the Head of Brands, building briefs and working with the UK agency.
- Reporting, Analysis & Forecasting
- Analyse campaign performance and communicate key insights and recommendations
- Own brand budgets, ensuring effective & accurate budget management
- Analyse monthly performance, communicating & reacting with agility with recommendations
- Review & adapt sales forecasts throughout the year
- Management of POSM forecast and planning
- Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth
- Act as a collaborative and influential partner across departments
- Build strong relationships with global brand principals and internal stakeholders to build and deliver 360 plans
- Deliver engaging presentations to senior leadership and external partners
- Support and coach the Marketing Operations Executive
