Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a fast-paced and high-volume Engineer Scheduler position on behalf of a growing and busy company. This role would suit someone highly organised who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys juggling multiple tasks at once. You will be responsible for scheduling engineers, coordinating appointments, managing diaries and ensuring works are completed efficiently whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and coordinating engineers daily
  • Managing high volumes of jobs
  • Updating internal systems and job trackers
  • Liaising with customers, engineers and subcontractors
  • Handling reactive and planned works
  • Ensuring SLAs and deadlines are met

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous scheduling/planning engineers diaries experience is a MUST
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
