Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well-established business looking for a Project Administration Team Leader to join their team.
Were looking for someone with experience within construction, maintenance, engineering or a similar environment, who has coordinated projects, works or engineers and has some previous experience leading or supervising others.
The role:
Managing and supporting a small team
Coordinating projects and works from start to completion
Scheduling engineers/contractors where required
Managing workloads, priorities and deadlines
Liaising with clients and internal teams
Handling queries and escalations
Ensuring project administration is accurate and up to date
Were looking for someone with strong coordination experience and some previous team leader, supervisory or management experience. Youll be organised, proactive and confident taking ownership in a busy environment.
Hours are MondayFriday, 8am5pm. Please note this role is fully office based.
