Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation based in the Leatherhead area. We are seeking a confident and outgoing PA to provide comprehensive support to the CEO in all aspects required. This can be a very fast paced role, managing ever changing needs and priorities at any one given time.
Duties:
- Diary management for the CEO and managing his appointments
- Organise travel arrangements, routes, hotel bookings etc.
- Logging all business development timelines and engagements
- Review business development proposals
- Meet and greet guests and ensure meeting rooms are ready and prepared
- Keeping track of budgets
- Plus any other duties as required by the CEO
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience within a PA role
- Must live within commutable distance of Leatherhead (45 mins max)
- Wanting to work for a very busy and entrepreneurial CEO who has a lot of banter
- Must be educated to minimum C grades in GCSEs
- Strong IT skills including Word
