Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an enthusiastic Helpdesk Administrator on behalf of a leading company based on the outskirts of Epsom. We are seeking someone who has excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels and have office banter at the same time! You must be a motivated individual with a 'can-do' attitude who can work well within a team.

Duties:

  • Responsible for planning and managing engineers' daily work schedule which will consist of both reactive and preventative maintenance.
  • General Administration Tasks including reviewing reports, filing and ordering parts via the system.
  • First line customer assistance - e.g., answering telephone calls.
