Social Media Engagement Executive - £28,000-£32,000 basic + £45,000 realistic OTE
Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Social Media Engagement Executive on behalf of a growing Social Media Management Agency based in Chessington.
This is a very unique role working for a client who work within a niche industry; specialising in social media management.
The role will consist of responding to leads which have been generated via direct messages across social media platforms.
The purpose of this role will be responding to those leads, promoting the businesses services with a view to converting the DMs into a meeting.
Duties and expectations
- Ensuring inbound and outbound DMs are responded to within 24 hours
- Inputting new prospects onto the CRM system and following up accordingly
- Successfully booking meetings for prospective new customers to full introduce the companies services
