Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of an established business within the construction industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong trade background to manage multiple projects from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing multiple refurbishment and fit-out projects simultaneously.
Conducting site visits and attending progress meetings.
Coordinating subcontractors, materials and project schedules.
Monitoring project budgets, costs and variations.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Maintaining health & safety compliance and resolving site issues.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience managing commercial refurbishment or fit-out projects.
Strong trade background essential, ideally carpentry or joinery.
Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
SMSTS qualification essential.
Full UK driving licence essential.
Experience managing refurbishment projects within commercial environments would be advantageous.
