The role will involve following up on outbound calls generated from inbound enquiries via the website, engaging with potential customers, and converting leads into sales.

Specific responsibilities of the role:
  • Following up on inbound sale enquiries through different platforms
  • Following up on potential customers converting quotes
  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions & updating the CRM
  • Liaising across teams ensuring bookings are clear and accurate
  • Obtain correct information to provide an accurate quotation for works
  • Updating the CRM system with any client liaison including uploading quotes
To be considered for this role, you will need:
  • Strong drive for sales and passion for achieving results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • GCSEs in Mathematics and English
