Kenneth Brian Associates are currently recruiting for a not to miss opportunity to join a busy client of ours based in Surbiton. The main scope of the role will be responsible for providing strong administration and office management support across the business. Duties will include: Managing the whole office- including organising systems and processes, ordering equipment, organising events Provide administrative support to the wider business General office administration including ordering stationary/equipment, organising keeping the office tidy, scanning, filing, etc. Keep all contracts, certificates and accreditations up to date Undertaking various HR duties, including managing staff leave, absence, reviewing and improving the staff benefits offering, inductions and issuing contracts to new staff members.. Act as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers and employees Negotiate new contracts with suppliers. In return you will have 5 years experience in an Administration setting with strong Excel skills and some experience with supporting senior members.
