This position requires someone who is organised, resourceful, and able to handle a variety of tasks with precision and care, both for the CEO and for the day-to-day operations of the office. Responsibilities: Managing office insurance policies, including renewals and compliance. Office Subsistence: Overseeing day-to-day office supplies, services, and ensuring the office environment runs smoothly. Assisting with financial tasks, including reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements. Managing relationships with office suppliers and negotiating pricing/terms. Keeping track of petty cash and ensuring proper records for all office-related expenses.
