As part of the team, you'll play a key role in delivering seamless payroll services, supporting employees, and driving process improvements.
The role:
Payroll Processing & Administration
Manage end-to-end payroll operations with accuracy and compliance
Process payments for both salaried and hourly employees
Handle adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
Validate calculations and resolve discrepancies
Maintain secure, confidential payroll records
Compliance & Reporting
Prepare and submit payroll tax filings, pension contributions, and benefits deductions
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations
Produce payroll reports and analytics for HR and Finance
Stay informed on payroll legislation and recommend updates
Employee Support
Respond to payroll queries quickly and professionally
Provide guidance on policies, deductions, and benefits
Support onboarding regarding payroll, tax forms, and direct deposit
System & Process Improvement
Assist with payroll system upgrades and automation initiatives
Collaborate with HR and Finance to enhance efficiency
Develop and maintain payroll procedures and best practices
