Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a prestigious client based in the Epsom area, who are seeking an individual to join their Marketing team. Please note this is a 12-month FTC so you must be available immediately.
The focus of this role is to support the customer communication campaigns across multiple digital platforms with focus on analytics, reporting and insight generation driving data-led marketing decisions.
Day to day responsibilities of the role will involve:
- Supporting planning and deployment of communication campaigns through digital channels
- Monitoring ongoing performance against various results including commercial, customer experience and regulatory compliance
- Developing the digital communication channels to support the ongoing delivery of customer understanding within consumer duty
- Reporting and performing data analysis to support business decision making
- Assisting in the production of marketing and promotional materials liaising across different departments
- Ensuring brand guidelines are consistent throughout the communication channels
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:
- Prior experience of Marketing - analysing data into insights and stakeholder reports
- Strong analytical skills using data and insights to drive action and delivering recommendations
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels in a pragmatic and professional manner
- Results driven focus on delivery/output
- Able to adapt to ever changing business priorities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
