Client Relationship Manager - £28,000-£31,000 + BONUS Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager on behalf of a growing Social Media Management Agency based in Chessington.

This is a very unique role working for a client who work within a niche industry; specialising in social media management.

The role will be responsible for onboarding new clients, building rapport and keeping in touch with that client throughout.

Duties and expectations: Lead the onboarding process for a new client which includes all administration, building the rapport with the client and ensuring the management transition runs smoothly Ensuring all compliance needed is completed Keeping in touch with the client either weekly or bi-weekly for catch ups, updates and process management Ensuring clients know their weekly to-do tasks on a Monday and keeping track of this to ensure progress of content is going to be completed to schedule Identifying where any issues may arise Experience required: Must have excellent relationship building skills and able to build rapport with people from all walks of life Excellent organisation and timekeeping skills Able to manage multiple clients at one ...
