Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Senior HR Consultant to join a successful and growing HR consultancy based in Central London, close to Bank station. This is a client-facing role supporting an existing portfolio of financial services clients, providing proactive HR advice across the full employee lifecycle. The position will involve working both remotely and on-site with clients, delivering day-to-day HR support as well as managing project-based work.
Please note: previous HR consultancy or standalone HR experience is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities- Acting as a client-facing HR Consultant supporting multiple clients
- Auditing and reviewing HR functions for new and existing clients
- Reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures and documentation
- Acting as an in-house HR Advisor to client organisations
- Managing employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and TUPE
- Implementing and maintaining HR systems for clients
- Drafting contracts of employment and providing general HR advice
- Previous experience working within an HR consultancy supporting multiple clients (essential)
- CIPD Level 5/7 qualified (essential)
- Minimum 5 years experience in an HR generalist role
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- Experience supporting organisations within the financial services sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
