Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Warehouse & Purchasing Administrator to join a busy and growing operation based in Croydon. This role supports day-to-day warehouse operations and purchasing activity, ensuring stock levels are accurate, materials are available for jobs, and orders are raised, tracked, and processed correctly.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, check, and book in deliveries against purchase orders
  • Store, organise, and issue stock to engineers, recording movements accurately
  • Carry out stock checks, report discrepancies, and maintain a tidy, safe warehouse
  • Raise purchase orders and source pricing from approved suppliers
  • Track orders, chase suppliers, and update delivery timelines
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Resolve supplier queries and discrepancies
  • Coordinate materials for scheduled works and urgent call-outs

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a warehouse/stores & purchasing support role, ideally in an engineering, maintenance, or construction environment
