Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an enthusiastic administrator on behalf of a leading company based in Caterham. We are seeking someone who has excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels and have office banter at the same time! You must be a motivated individual with a 'can do’ attitude who can work well in within a team. Please note: This is a fully office based role.

Duties:

  • Assist in delivering all aspects of administration - documentation, contracts, ordering materials, purchase orders etc.
  • Responsible for planning and managing engineers daily work schedule.
  • First line customer assistance - e.g., answering telephone calls/emails and dealing with customers/clients, re-directing calls where required.
  • Uploading and allocating documents to online systems.
  • Keeping online systems up to date.

To be successful:

  • You will be a proactive, ambitious individual who thrives on achieving results and going the extra mile.
  • You will be educated to GCSE level with C's and above in English.
  • Maths IT literate.
  • Must live locally as this is a fully office based position.
