Kenneth Brian Associates are looking to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant on behalf of our client based in Epsom. The role is on a temporary basis until the end of 2026. As the Assistant Management Accountant you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust controls, and smooth day-to-day financial operations. You will maintain accurate financial records, supporting with management accounts, and ensure the finance function runs efficiently in a regulated environment.

Assistant Accountant Responsibilities:

  • Processing of purchase invoices and sales invoices
  • Preparing supplier payment runs to the bank
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assist with preparation of management accounts
  • Accruals and prepayments
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Supporting credit control and monitoring debtor balances

Assistant Accountant Experience Required:

  • ACCA/CIMA studier or AAT qualified
  • Experience supporting management accounts preparation
  • Ability to manage relationships
