Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Senior HR Consultant to join a successful and growing HR consultancy based in Mayfair. This client-facing role supports a varied portfolio of clients within the Financial Services sector. The role suits a commercially aware HR generalist with previous experience of working as a consultant or standalone HR Manager.
Please note: This is a hybrid role, with three days in the office and two from home.
Key Responsibilities- Auditing and reviewing HR functions for new and existing clients
- Updating and implementing HR documentation, policies and procedures
- Acting as an outsourced HR function, including HR administration, benefits and onboarding
- Implementing and maintaining HR systems
- Managing HR projects including grievances, disciplinaries, TUPE and redundancies
- Drafting contracts of employment and amending settlement agreements
- Proven experience in an HR consultancy role (essential)
- CIPD Level 5/7 qualification (essential)
- The ability to produce high-quality written and verbal HR advice
- A proactive approach and commitment to staying up to date with employment legislation and HR thought leadership
