Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing company looking for a detail orientated and proactive Sales Administrator within a fun, but extremely faced paced environment. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to support the sales team and act as a vital connection between the business and its customers. Youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of the administrative side of the sales process while delivering first class customer service. Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for customers, processing of orders, deliveries, repairs, warranty claims, and general inquiries. Manage incoming calls, delivering professional and courteous responses. Prepare accurate quotes and process new orders efficiently. Address invoice queries and manage credit or refund applications when required. Ensure customer data is accurately recorded and maintained in the CRM system. Proactively resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases where necessary. Handle information requests and support internal teams to enhance the customer journey. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a sales administration or similar role. Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Experience in generating customer quotes and managing order processes. Proficient in CRM systems and general IT applications. (Ideally SAP) Resilient under pressure, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
