Job Description
Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a successful and expanding facilities company. This role will see you taking ownership of both planned and reactive maintenance across a varied commercial client base.
You’ll be responsible for making sure contracts run smoothly, projects are delivered on time and within budget, and clients receive a first-class service. Day-to-day, this will include managing subcontractors, overseeing small works, dealing with urgent maintenance issues, and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Background in facilities management or commercial property maintenance
- Experience managing planned and reactive works, including small projects
- Strong organisational and supplier management skills
