Kenneth Brian Associates are excited to be recruiting for our reputable and established client based in Thames Ditton. We are seeking a Property Acquisition Director to join their growing team who has a strong and extensive knowledge within the property and investment industry. You will play a key role in the acquisition of commercial and residential properties and have excellent negotiation skills, successfully closing deals to expand and develop their growing client base.

Salary: Circa £90,000 + £150,000 OTE

Duties:

  • Identifying and sourcing property acquisitions with strong yields.
  • Negotiating and forming long term lease agreements with reputable housing providers.
  • Developing and building strong relationships with agents, landlords and providers.
  • Maintaining their CRM system, accurate tracking of acquisitions, investments and data.
  • Producing regular reports on the progress of deals, investments and payments.
  • Collaborating with internal teams ensuring smooth workflow and directing operational efficiencies.
  • Supporting preparation of property portfolios for sale.

The ideal candidate:

  • Experienced in acquisitions, investments, or asset management within residential or commercial property.
  • Results-driven - able to negotiate and close deals successfully ensuring high yields.
  • Experience using CRM Systems and operational reporting.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, collaborating and hold excellent problem-solving skills.
  • You must have a driver's license as there will be travel included.
