Kenneth Brian Associates are working on behalf of a non-profit organisation based in Leatherhead, who are seeking an experienced Office & Facilities Manager. The role will be responsible for ensuring efficient facilities and office management for the core business fundamentals across IT, Fleet and Insurance Contracts.

The role will involve:

  • Primary point of contact for the MSP (outsourced IT company), being the go to and ensuring the MSP are doing what they should be
  • Contract negotiation i.e. insurances, fleet vehicles etc
  • Assisting with logistics for any office moves etc.
  • Seeking where third-party providers can improve services and seeking alternatives where necessary
  • Purchasing of IT hardware/software and issuing IT equipment for new staff
  • Setting up new users
  • Managing office equipment and consumables
  • Fleet management

Experience required:

  • Experience working with either an outsourced IT provider or in-house IT team, being that go to for issues/projects etc.
  • Contract negotiations and renewals
  • Fleet management would be advantageous but not essential
  • Must live locally to Leatherhead as the role is office based
  • Wanting to work for a non-profit organisation which supports an excellent cause close to peoples hearts
