Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of a reputable company for a motivated individual to join their team as a Fire Door Inspector. This is a hands-on role based at the Croydon head office, covering London and surrounding areas, offering a great chance to get involved in building and property services. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting testing across residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct routine Fire Door Inspections in line with The Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022
  • Perform general site checks related to safety and operational standards
  • Accurately record and report findings using Microsoft Office

About You:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential (mileage covered)
  • Presentable, professional, and highly reliable
  • Able to work independently and use your initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
