Kenneth Brian Associates are excited to be recruiting for an excellent opportunity to join one of our valued clients based inCroydonas theirHR Advisor. This dynamic role will see you managing a range of employee relations cases from start to finish while supporting the HR Manager with consultations as needed.

Please note:A driving license is essential for this role, as occasional travel to other sites may be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary issues, grievances, performance management, and absence management.
  • Manage cases end-to-end, from investigations to advising managers
  • Assist with consultations related to restructures, redundancies,TUPE (essential),and contract variations.
  • Oversee and support HR Administrators with tasks – new starter inductions, right-to-work checks, reference requests, and maintaining accurate electronic personnel files.
  • Draft letters, such as probation outcome letters, flexible working requests, and family-related communications.

To be successful:

  • At least2/3 years in an HR Advisor role, with a strong background in managing employee relations from start to finish.
  • Experience supporting consultations for restructures, redundancies,TUPE (essential),and contract changes.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification ideally.
  • Live locally to Croydon.
