Kenneth Brian Associates are excited to be recruiting for an excellent opportunity to join one of our valued clients based in Croydon as their HR Advisor. This dynamic role will see you managing a range of employee relations cases from start to finish while supporting the HR Manager with consultations as needed.
Please note: A driving license is essential for this role, as occasional travel to other sites may be required.
Responsibilities:- Handle all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary issues, grievances, performance management, and absence management.
- Manage cases end-to-end, from investigations to advising managers.
- Assist with consultations related to restructures, redundancies, TUPE (essential), and contract variations.
- Oversee and support HR Administrators with tasks - new starter inductions, right-to-work checks, reference requests, and maintaining accurate electronic personnel files.
- Draft letters, such as probation outcome letters, flexible working requests, and family-related communications.
- At least 2/3 years in an HR Advisor role, with a strong background in managing employee relations from start to finish.
- Experience supporting consultations for restructures, redundancies, TUPE (essential), and contract changes.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification ideally.
- Live locally to Croydon.
