Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Head of HR on behalf of a not-for-profit client based in the Leatherhead area. We are seeking an experienced Head of HR who is confident, diplomatic, and proactive, capable of providing comprehensive support to the business.
This strategic and hands-on role covers everything from shaping culture to ensuring compliance and managing HR operations, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who loves variety!
Salary: £50k – £55k and hybrid working!
Duties:
- Provide comprehensive HR support to approximately 150 employees
- Manage an office of a small organization and effectively line manage staff
- Oversee facilities and office management, including negotiating contracts such as mobile services, fleet vehicles, and IT systems
- Identify and organize training to develop employee skills
- Ensure health and safety compliance
Experience:
- CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification
- Minimum of 4 years of senior HR experience
- Experience in direct line management and leading restructures
- Experience managing an office move is highly desirable
- Knowledge of health and safety and office management preferred
- Strong IT skills with the ability to advise on process improvements, proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
