Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation in Tadworth as a HR Business Partner. This role would suit someone with HR experience, specifically managing disciplinary/grievance and complex employee relation matters and casework management. Our client offers hybrid working.
Duties:
- Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives
- Managing complex employee relations casework, dismissals and employment tribunals
- Lead and support change management initiatives across the business
- Advising managers on best practice and current UK employment law
- Maintain HR database and filing systems ensuring information is up to date and accurate
- HR Administration duties such as processing payroll and visas
Experience:
- HR Experience - particularly dealing with employee relations
- CIPD qualified; or qualified by experience
- Working knowledge of employment law and good practice
- Data-driven mindset - confident using insights & metrics for strategic decisions and meaningful change
- Excellent attention to detail and able to act with discretion
- Must be willing to commute to Tadworth on a regular basis
- Experience using HR Systems
