Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an experienced Reactive & Planned Maintenance Manager to join a growing construction company. This is an excellent opportunity to manage planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
Duties:
- Manage reactive maintenance, PPM and small works.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor budgets, schedules and service delivery.
- Resolve urgent maintenance issues.
- Ensure Health & Safety and statutory compliance.
- Produce operational and financial reports.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
You’ll have:
- Experience managing reactive maintenance, PPM and small works.
- Strong knowledge of commercial building maintenance.
- Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and budgets.
- Good knowledge of CAFM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM or a relevant trade background would be advantageous.
