Kenneth Brian Associates is working with a well-established media company, who are a leader in their field, to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a 12 month fixed term contract. Our client is based in Leatherhead and has various sites across the UK. This role offers hybrid working with 3 days required in the office. This newly created role reports directly to the FP&A Director.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strong financial reporting, analysis, and business partnering for the wider organisation. Your role will involve collaborating with non-finance stakeholders, preparing financial results and KPIs, and contributing to departmental growth.
The main responsibilities the position entails are:
- Provide support and analysis to key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Build strong strategic relationships with stakeholders
- Lead business forecasting and contribute to setting targets for costs, savings, and opportunities
- Lead on continuous improvement of departmental and finance information processes through seeking to develop best practice
- Assist with routine preparation of monthly cashflows and management accounts
- Ad hoc project work
To be considered for the role, you must possess the following:
- Fully qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
- Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner or Commercial role
- Strong communication skills to deal with a variety of non-finance stakeholders
