Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a prestigious client based in the Epsom area, who are seeking an individual to join their Marketing team. Please note this is a 12-month FTC so you must be available immediately.

The focus of this role is to support the customer communication campaigns across multiple digital platforms with a focus on analytics, reporting and insight generation driving data-led marketing decisions.

Day to day responsibilities of the role will involve:

  • Supporting planning and deployment of communication campaigns through digital channels
  • Monitoring ongoing performance against various results including commercial, customer experience and regulatory compliance
  • Developing the digital communication channels to support the ongoing delivery of customer understanding within consumer duty
  • Reporting and performing data analysis to support business decision making
  • Assisting in the production of marketing and promotional materials liaising across different departments
  • Ensuring brand guidelines are consistent throughout the communication channels

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:

  • Prior experience of Marketing - analysing data into insights and stakeholder reports
  • Strong analytical skills using data and insights to drive action and delivering recommendations
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels in a pragmatic and professional manner
  • Results driven focus on delivery/output
  • Able to adapt to ever changing business priorities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
