Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Sales Executive on behalf of a growing business based in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop a career in sales, as prior experience is not essential. The role will involve following up on outbound calls generated from inbound enquiries via the website, engaging with potential customers, and converting leads into sales.

Specific responsibilities of the role:- Following up on inbound sale enquiries through different platforms
- Following up on potential customers converting quotes
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions & updating the CRM
- Liaising across teams ensuring bookings are clear and accurate
- Obtain correct information to provide an accurate quotation for works
- Updating the CRM system with any client liaison including uploading quotes
- Strong drive for sales and passion for achieving results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- GCSE's in Maths and English
- Good IT skills, including familiarity with email and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as a team
