Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an amazing company based in Epsom who are recruiting for a Credit Controller to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience within in similar role and will be happy to travel to Epsom three days a week to work. Main Duties: To contact customers to chase outstanding debts and to record all details against the customers record. To reconcile accounts to ensure that all invoices have been actioned by the customer. Ensure that credit stopped orders are monitored throughout the day and that appropriate action is taken. To ensure that all credit limits are monitored to ensure that they have been set at the required level. To monitor customer payment patterns to highlight any signs of cash flow issues To log customer queries and ensure they are actioned in a timely manner Ensure that all New Account Proposal Forms are processed as soon as possible and reviewed regularly to ensure that a credit decision is made promptly.
