Job Description

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for either an Estimator or Trainee Estimator on behalf of a growing business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in estimating or an experienced Estimator seeking their next role.

Full training is available for trainee candidates, alongside genuine long-term career progression.

Salary dependent on experience.

Duties will include: Reviewing tender enquiries, drawings and specifications.

Preparing estimates and pricing documents.

Attending site visits where required.

Liaising with internal teams throughout the tender process.

Assisting with tender submissions and cost analysis.

Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

The successful candidate will: Have excellent numerical and organisational skills.

Be highly detail-oriented.

Have strong IT skills, particularly Excel.

Be eager to learn (trainee) or have previous estimating experience within construction or a related sector.

Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
