I am seeking an organised Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant for a growing company based in Twickenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, supporting the smooth running of the company's finances and general office and staff administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate financial records using Sage.
- Maintain purchase and sales ledgers.
- Reconcile bank accounts and supplier statements.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Process Payroll.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Maintaining and updating client database.
- General office and staff administration.
Requirements
