Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a fantastic company based in Redhill who are looking for a part-time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis, with working hours of 20-25 hours on offer which can be done over 3, 4 or 5 days.
Main Responsibilities:
- Debt-chasing on accounts receivable ledger, including telephone calls, e-mails and letters to ensure that the company policy of payment is adhered to by customers.
- To ensure that information on the Credit and Collections module of the finance system regarding communications with customers is maintained for queries or legal action.
- To ensure that account queries are dealt with efficiently to minimise the risk of bad debts.
- To respond to or refer queries raised both internally and externally in a timely manner.
About You:
- At least 1 year’s experience working in a finance department.
- Computer literate with good Excel and Word skills.
- Customer focused - put the customer at the heart of everything we do.
